The fifth amendment explains the 5 rights fo accused criminals. Those rights are, A grand jury hearing, no double jepordy, now self incrimination, must have due process, and must have an eminent domain

7th Amendment
The seventh amendment states the rules fo Civil Trials. Itsays if the value is over $20 then a jury trial is allowed, and after a jury decides the facts the judge cannot overturn that decison
